1. The service

FotoRhythm is a software service that helps musicians scan sheet music, hear it played back, practice with AI feedback, and track progress. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the Profile page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you retain Premium access until then. Refunds are handled case-by-case via the Contact page.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload copyrighted sheet music you don't have the right to use, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use the AI features to generate harmful or harassing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You own the scans, recordings, and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service to you (e.g., running AI analysis and showing your library back to you).

6. AI output

AI-generated feedback, transcriptions, and remixes are provided as practice aids and may contain errors. Verify important musical decisions against authoritative sources before relying on them.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for legal or safety reasons.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, in which case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
